Booking Amount
The booking amount is charged to reserve a dedicated strategy session.
Since the time slot is blocked exclusively for you, the booking amount is non-refundable.
Rescheduling
Clients may request one reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled meeting.
Failure to attend without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the booking amount.
Service Payments
Payments made for completed digital marketing services, consulting, or implementation work are non-refundable.
Refunds, if applicable, will only be considered where required under applicable law or if specifically agreed in writing.
